This policy describes personal data processing in the MOST online service (most-app.ru) — a Russian-as-a-foreign-language course. It follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1. Who processes data

The data controller (operator) is the person named above. There are no employees with access to personal data; processing is performed by the operator.

2. What we process

• identity: name provided at registration;
• contact details: email; phone number if you contact us yourself;
• account: interface language; city and country (optional in your profile — for learner geography statistics and future community features, e.g. connecting with other learners from the same city or country); profile photo (optional); technical role; last login;
• learning: exercise answers, scores, progress;
• course access: access status and manually recorded amounts/currency for contract performance (no online payment on the site);
• technical: session and security cookies, logs needed to run the service;
• contents of correspondence when you write to us.

We do not process biometric data or special categories. We do not require a passport to create an account.

3. Purposes

1. preparing, concluding and performing a civil-law contract (course access, account, progress);
2. handling website user requests (support, off-site payment, access);
3. service statistics and development: learner geography (city/country from the profile); when such features ship — suggesting contacts or community among learners by city/country (no transfer to third parties beyond this Policy; visibility controls may appear in the UI).

4. Legal bases

Consent; necessity to perform a contract with the data subject or to conclude a contract at their initiative (Art. 6 of Law 152-FZ).

5. How payment works

There is no online payment on most-app.ru. The indicative course price (e.g. 40,000 XOF) is paid off-site (Flooz, T-Money or another agreed method). You confirm payment by message; the operator then opens access manually. Card or wallet details are not collected by the website.

6. Cross-border transfer

Cross-border transfer is carried out when needed to teach users outside Russia and to communicate with them. States notified to Roskomnadzor include: Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Niger, Gabon, Chad, Morocco, Tunisia. Basis: consent. TGP notice No. 100450816 dated 06.10.2026.

Messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, email) may use servers outside Russia. Prefer Telegram or email when possible.

7. Storage location

The database with personal data of Russian Federation citizens is located in Russia (FirstVDS / JSC “IOT”, Moscow).

8. Third-party recipients

The operator discloses personal data to a limited set of recipients only to the extent necessary for the processing purposes:

• FirstVDS / JSC “IOT” — website and database hosting, infrastructure technical logs. Territory: Russian Federation.
• Yandex (Yandex Mail / mx.yandex.net) — delivery and handling of mail from hello@most-app.ru (including registration magic links). Territory: Russian Federation.
• Telegram / WhatsApp — communication with learners and their representatives at their initiative. Servers may be located outside Russia.

Disclosure to public authorities only on grounds provided by the law of the Russian Federation.

9. Retention

Until purposes are achieved, consent is withdrawn, 3 years after the last contact or contract end, or the operator ceases activity — unless a longer legal retention applies.

10. Your rights

You may request access, correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, and object where the law allows, by writing to hello@most-app.ru. You may also contact Roskomnadzor.

11. Security

Organisational and technical measures: restricted access, passwords, two-factor authentication where available, HTTPS, backups, access reviews. Incidents are reported to Roskomnadzor under Art. 21 of Law 152-FZ.

12. Cookies

See the cookie policy. In short: necessary cookies only (session, security, language/theme); no third-party ads on the site.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top applies. Continued use after publication means you have been informed of the new version.
