MOST provides online access to a Russian-as-a-foreign-language course (lessons, exercises, progress), including a free demo part and expanded access after off-site payment and operator confirmation.
By creating an account, ticking the consent box and/or using the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Registration uses a name and email (magic link). You are responsible for accurate data and for keeping access to your mailbox secure. An account may be suspended for abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms.
Some content may be available without payment (demo / units marked open). Full paid access is opened manually by the operator after payment is confirmed.
The indicative price of the basic track is 40,000 XOF (about €61 at the exchange rate on the revision date). The exact amount and method are confirmed by message.
There is no online payment on the site. Payment is made off-platform (Flooz, T-Money or another agreed method). After paying, message the operator; access is activated manually. MOST is not a payment institution and does not store card data.
The course is digital content delivered via an account. After paid access is opened and use begins, refunds are generally not provided, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or the operator agrees in writing (e.g. double payment, activation error).
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for learning. Copying, redistributing, reselling, bypassing access controls or abusive account sharing is prohibited.
If the learner is a minor, registration and payment are made by a parent or legal representative, who consents to data processing and contract performance for the learner.
We aim for service availability but do not guarantee zero downtime (maintenance, force majeure, hosting failures). To the extent permitted by law, the operator’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant access.
Processing is described in the Privacy Policy and Consent. Cross-border transfer may occur for users outside Russia.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top applies. For material changes we may notify via the site or email.
